Inspections & Professional Licenses

The service for issuing a property financial clearance certificate has been activated electronically.
Service Requirements:

  • The citizen must have an active account on the Sanad app.
  • The applicant must be the owner of the land plot or a legal heir.

To benefit from the service, Umm Al-Rasas Municipality invites citizens to activate their accounts on the Sanad app and submit the request through the Ministry of Local Administration’s e-services platform via the following link:
